The hunt for Garael continues. As the Ravenwing scouts explore the area more and more renegade Space Marines squads have launched lightning atacks against the Unforgiven. Zaphariel. Dark Angels on encountering Fallen Dark Angels.

All the clues gathered along the chase for Veck seem to indicate that the traitor is being helped by one of the Fallen, Garael, former Master of the 23th Battle Company of the Dark Angels Legion. Now the hunt for Garael has become the first priority for Master Zaphariel and his loyal brethern.
Sammael, Master of the ravenwing has been sent to find out any trace of the Fallen. From week 7.

Master Zaphariel wanted to be certain that the Tau would never br a threat again on his search for Veck. With the mighty Deathwing and of Master Belial he launched an all-or-nothing assault on the xenos landing site. To his surprise he discovered that a group of adeptus sororitas had forsaken their oaths of allegiance and joined the Xenos for some obscure purpouse. Flamed with the fury of the righteous, Master Zaphariel ordered his battle brethern to launch a devastating fire courtain over the enemy while he and his command squad and the mighty brothers of the first company anihilitaed every foe in close combat.
Zaphariel. Dark Angels on encountering Tau and Adeptus Sororitas.

Once the Third Battle Company had to break through enemy lines. This time the enemy were the qeak xeno species known as Tau. They had nothing to do against the wrath of the Unforgiven. Praise the Emperor! Praise the Primarch!
Zaphariel. Dark Angels on encountering Tau.

While Master Zapahriel was recovering from his wounds in the Battle Barge, Master Sammael, Lord of the Ravenwing, took command of the Third Battle Company. The Ravenwing located a renegade strike force rumored to be lead by a Fallen. After a bloody battle the presumed Fallen was captured and delivered to the Catedral Oscura battle barge. Inteligence seems to indicate that the prisioner has valuable information on Veck's plans.

From week 6.

Once again Master Zaphariel's Third Battle Company managed to uncover one abandoned basecamp previously used by Veck. Suddenly a strike force from the Ordo Malleus launched an attack against the unforgiven. Nevertheless the unforgiven hold their ground and repeled the attack even when an assasin from the Callidus temple tried to put down master Zaphariel. Unfortenately  apothecary Malach was captured by the Inquisitor and Master Zaphariel was heavily wounded. Despite this facts the troops of the inquisiton were almost anihilited and Master Zaphariel will soon seek retribution for this coward attack.

From week 5.

The D'koi swept through the Xenos compound, the Lascannons and Missile Launchers of the Long Fangs causing massive explosions to ripple throughout the base. Anything that attempted to fly away was shot down, and the troops on the ground, from the winged slaves of the Tau, to the flesheating skeletal creatures, to the Tau themselves, were rended asunder by the claws of the Wulfen. There would be no respite for Veck, no matter what enemy stood in the way of the D'koi.

T'lash gunned the engine of the bike loudly, sending a plume of black ink into the sky. The D'koi had engaged the Salamanders directly and the sounds of their dying screams reached to the holy walls of Terra itself. T'lash had moved the bike into a flanking position, and saw the entire Salamanders line start to collapse. He witnessed Marines breaking off from his D'koi, and he smiled a toothy smile. The hunt continued.
Decoy. 13th Company Space Wolves on encountering Salamanders.

Rune Priest Hjalmnir stood calmly behind the enemy lines, the mouldering wrecks of two Land Raiders smoking in front of him. T'lash was off to one side, gleefully hacking apart a man who was riding some sort of skimmer. As Hjalmnir observed the carnage, eight Terminators of the Deathwing swarmed towards him. With a feral grin, his Frost Axe fell to work, systematically mangling the members of the "elite" Dark Angels. It was a wonderful day for a slaughter.
Decoy. 13th Company Space Wolves on encountering Dark Angels.

Biker Wolf Guard Horormar witnessed the Blood Angel soar skyward, enswathed by white force in the shape of wings. Shouting an order to the two other men of his squad, the bikes drove into the forest nearby, settling down and waiting for the Angel to descend upon them. Mephiston, Chief Librarian of the Blood Angels, charged headlong into the cover, throwing his frag grenades as he did so. Undeterred, Horormar drove forward, slamming into Mephiston with the weight of both himself and his bike, even as Mephiston killed his two brethren. Lightning claws flashed, and the head of the Chief Librarian fell to the forest ground. Not even a chief librarian could stop the pursuit of Veck by the D'koi.
Decoy. 13th Company Space Wolves on encountering Blood Angels.

T'lash thought to himself silently. These Necrons were too easy... A monolith lay burning by a hillside, the Nightbringer had been felled by T'lash himself, and all around him, the D'koi were tearing the Necrons into chunks so small that even a Scarab couldn't reorganize them. Some Wulfen, in their fervor, were devouring the pieces, finding themselves ill, regurgitating them, then eating them again. T'lash shoot his head... Sometimes, dignity didn't hold a place on the battlefield.
Decoy. 13th Company Space Wolves on encountering Necrons.

Horormar and his bikes gunned headlong into the bikes of the Ravenwing. With a flash of lightning strikes, the bikers fell dead.
T'lash had found himself another master of the Ravenwing, and with a few swift blows of his frostblade, had decapitated the man with but three, simple strokes.
Hjalmnir and his Long Fangs had decimated two squads of Land Speeders, and their remains were burning amidst a ruin.
Wolf Priest Mjolnir had had a nice run-in with three other speeders, and his thunderhammer proved it's worth that day.
The D'koi moved on without a second thought.
Decoy. 13th Company Space Wolves on encountering Ravenwing.

As if the Dark Angels were converging on him en-masse, T'lash drove headlong into the enemy by himself. Terminators converged on him on all sides, and he managed to cut down nine of them in one fell swoop. However, there were more of them than of he, and time and time again, the Belt of Russ flashed as a powerfist or lightning claws were averted. T'lash's kill total that day had been twenty one terminators, but had it not been for the timely intervention of his Storm Claw bikers, T'lash might have actually been laid low by the Dark Angel beasts. However, that was not the case. The D'koi would stop for no man, Terminator-clad or not.

-----

During his pursuit for Veck, Master Zaphariel and his loyal brethern stumbled with Space Marines from a lesser Chapter. The Unforgiven requested the Molten Foxes to retreat and let the Sons of the Lion to investigate the area. Unfortunatelly Brother Seiken form the Molten Foxes refused to retreat. His sttuborness was dealt with swift retribution and without witnesses. Brother Seiken will be delivered to the Chaplain Interrogators for futher interrogations.

From week 4.

As his search for Veck continued, memebers of the third and fith Battle Companies from the Dark Angels Chapter were assaulted by a combined force of  traitors and Xenos.  Marines from the World Eaters fallen legion and Eldar witches tried to break thorugh the Unforgiven lines under comand of the mighty Daemon Prince Maskabates.
Dark Angels lines of defense ressisted the assault against all odds. Even more, Maskabates the archiheretic was thrown into the Warp to suffer eternal torment at the hands of his thirsty god.

Following Veck's track the third company moved to an abandoned camp which the fallen Inquisitor had used as hideout. Unfortunately the site was under Xenos control. The Eldar witches of the craftworlds of Saim Hain y Ulthwe were slaughtered by the holy wrath of the Unforgiven. Master Zaphariel now has contro over the abandoned camp and has gained valuable information about Veck's plans.
One valuable Veck clue captured.

The Necron hordes were no match for the Wulfen Hordes. T'lash ripped a Necron Lord apart with his own two claws, while the Rune Priest and his Melta Long Fangs destroyed two Monoliths. No hunk of metal will protect Veck. Not if the 13th Company has anything to do with it.

The Dark Eldar Archon thought he could hide behind a shield of shadows. The thunderhammer of the Wolf Priest thought otherwise. The gating Melta squad, as well as another Missile Launcher Long Fang squad, made sure that the infernal Xenos flying machines stayed down, their precious Wych cargo writhing and burning inside.

T'lash's Rune Priest proved invaluable time and time again this battle, destroying three of the Falcons of the Eldar, as well as hacking their precious Farseer to tiny, tiny bits. The Wulfen took heavy losses, but stopped two full squads of harlequins in their tracks.

Storm Claw Biker squad Mjolnir was on the bad end of a Mephiston charge, but due to their extreme skill, killed the Blood Angels leader while only taking one casualty themselves. The rest of the army was hopelessly mired in close combat, where the 13th Company has an advantage.

This army, while more canny, was unable to hurt the D'koi 13th Company, and despite heavy fire from Leman Russ battletanks, the D'koi moved up through cover to point blank range before pouncing.

From week 2.

No Veck sympathizer in opponent's army, but the Rescue objective was one of Veck's servitors.
The Third Company Battle Group, a mechanized force under command of Master Rimmon, engaged Inquisitorial Stormtrooper forces near an abandoned Imperial Stronghold. While nearly all of the Unforgiven troops, including Rimmon himself, were slaughtered in the battle, Veteran Sergeant Sataaran was able to seize the Servitor and load it into his Razorback in the battle's final moments. Based upon this success, Sataaran has been field-promoted to Master of the Third Company remainder of the campaign to stop the traitorous Veck.
CLKEagle. Dark Angels 3rd Company on encountering Daemonhunters.

The traitorous Veck continues to build power. Intelligence has surfaced that he is searching for more artifacts, and that the device he currently possesses is only part of a larger weapon. Master Rimmon of the Dark Angels 3rd Company traveled to Malor Prime, hoping to find one of these components.  His forces were searching a ruined hive when his strike cruiser sent him a warning. A large Adeptus Mechanicus and Imperial Guard force was approaching the hive from multiple directions, hoping to capture the device for themselves.
He began to issue orders for a planetary bombardment when his comms were interrupted.  Belial, Master of the Deathwing, assured Rimmon that there would be very little remaining of the Admech/Guard force when it reached him. The Deathwing's third squad, the venerable dreadnought Diniel, and an attached Land Speeder intercepted two Leman Russ aces, a Demolisher and a Hellhound in the open desert.  Belial and his command squad teleported in and led the skirmish. The battle was short but fierce. In the end, three Cadian tanks were lost to assault cannon fire, and the final Leman Russ was destroyed by a chainfist. But the victory was far from perfect - Venerable Brother Diniel was lost to a lascannon shot early in the skirmish.
