The Dark Fortress Battle Standard
Shown below are the current official Imperium-sanctioned garrison ceremonial banner and insignia identifiers.
The banner may be displayed on any headquarters or command structure, or carried by trusted Brothers from the garrison when in the field. The insignia designed be to used on vehicles, large items of field equipment, buildings and on the power armour of individual troops [displayed on the left shin].
The garrison banner has been devised using a black field in honour of the Interrogator-Chaplain in command. The Imperial 12-pointed compass representing the Dark Angels' never ceasing quest to all parts of the universe to seek out heretics and the Fallen.
Stencilgrams are available from the Quartermaster's. Markings from incorporated support units are incorporated in the triangular tails of the bannner: the Armoury, the 4th Company, 10th Company and the Ravenwing.

Note
All banners have been produced in Adobe Illustrator as vector illustrations, using cmyk colours and saved as a pdf. Banners can be printed just as they are, or opened in Photoshop where you can customise them by adding folds or
distressing them etc.
