Deathwing strikeforce by Master Chaplain Astador
The first twenty of a whole company of Deathwing to be produced by Master Chaplain Astador.
Always great to see models on a well made gaming / display table. These look dirty and battle-worn, something that takes a lot of skill to do well without looking ridiculously over-theatrical. Not only that, but the mix of Forge World and Space Hulk bits integrate perfectly into the mix gives each warrior an individual identity, perfectly suiting the elite first company.
Colour scheme is spot on. Whiteish rather than creamy bone white, DA green, dark red and gold detailing. The blue eye lenses and optics are unusual but work well I think. Gold chest aquilas are awesome.
